Sculptural Lights
Formed volume. Softened light.
The collection explores form, volume, and surface as defining elements of light. Each piece is hand-formed through a layered composite process, allowing texture, tone, and subtle variation to emerge naturally over time.
Production begins with the careful sourcing and sorting of reclaimed paper materials, selected for consistency and strength before being transformed into a refined pulp through controlled batching and mixing. Ratios are adjusted to suit each form, ensuring structural integrity while preserving surface depth. The material is then applied entirely by hand over moulds by skilled artisans, building volume gradually rather than through industrial casting.
Once formed, each piece is sun-dried and solar-cured, allowing the material to stabilise slowly and naturally. Multiple layers of mineral-based finish are applied by hand, developing tonal variation and surface character without synthetic treatments. The result is a collection defined by material integrity, craftsmanship, and restraint.
Designed to soften light and shape atmosphere, these pendants bring quiet presence and spatial calm to refined residential and commercial interiors.
