Inventory & Administration Support

Due to Uniqwa Collections continued growth, an exciting new position has opened at our Gold Coast HQ for a proactive and efficient administration superstar to join our close-knit, hardworking and enthusiastic Uniqwa team.

Who we are looking for:

Be a part of the team that helps bring our Uniqwa Collections pieces to life.

Our ideal candidate will have an epic work ethic enabling them to fit into the Uniqwa collections close-knit team environment; one of engagement, passion, positivity and teamwork. 

The role:

Working alongside our Inventory and Supplier Relations Manager, you will put your organisational skills to work by ensuring our inventory system is always up-to-date.

As an integral part of our production and design team, you will assist with administrative duties relevant to various stages of the supply chain, helping to bring our Uniqwa Collections pieces to life.

The position is full-time Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, based at our head office in Ashmore, Gold Coast, Queensland.

The ideal candidate is highly efficient, personable and can demonstrate:

* A proactive nature with the ability to work autonomously as well as a contributing team member
* Analytical thinking
* A high level of organisational and time management skills
* A high level of attention to detail
* Tech-savvy with excellent computer skills
* Self-motivated
* Must be able to multi-task effectively

Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in business (preferred but not required)
Worked with Cin7 or other similar inventory management systems (preferred but not required)
Office 365 Teams platform experience highly regarded

* Confident in communicating with international stakeholders

Warehouse / Workshop Assistant

Due to Uniqwa Collections' continued growth, we seek a motivated, skilled & professional Warehouse / Workshop Assistant to work within our Uniqwa family in Ashmore, Gold Coast.

Who we are looking for:
The suitable applicant will be a key team player in Uniqwa's operations and be responsible for a variety of tasks within our fast-paced warehouse environment. We are looking for someone with a professional mannerism to deal face to face with our high-end cliental as well as someone who fits effortlessly into our company culture. 

The role:
We have a very close knit, team environment so the ideal candidate would need to be able to work cohesively and efficiently to maintain our high standards. A certain level of fitness is required as there is a lot of manual labour involved with lifting boxes and unpacking furniture on a daily basis. You must also be able to promote positive communication and workflow between the office and warehouse. You must also have a demonstrated interest and experience working with working wood, furniture repairs and finishing. 

Other key traits include:

* Accuracy in picking and packing
* Self-motivated team player with a 'can do' attitude
* Heavy lifting & furniture handling
* Unloading shipping containers
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Fantastic phone manner and excellence in customer service
* Ability to work under pressure
* Woodworking/furniture repair/furniture detailing experience
