The Zula Chandelier explores volume, texture, and shadow through a layered hand-forming composite process that gives each piece its own surface depth and tonal character.

Designed to soften light rather than project it, the chandelier creates a quiet, atmospheric glow that enhances space without visual noise.

Formed from a composite of reclaimed paper fibres, natural binders, and solar-assisted curing, the collection reflects a commitment to low-impact production without compromising form or finish. Each piece develops subtle variation as it cures and dries, resulting in an inherently individual finish.

Dark Roast Finish

Crafted from hand-formed papier-mâché composite in small batches, each chandelier is individually finished by hand. 

The Dark Roast finish is intentionally deep and richly layered, drawing inspiration from roasted coffee and aged earth tones. Depending on natural light, surrounding finishes and the individual hand-applied colouring process, the pendant may appear lighter or darker than in photography. Tonal variation between pieces is expected and forms part of the design.

No two chandeliers are identical. Variations in texture, form, tone and surface movement are intentional outcomes of the process and central to the character of each piece.

NATURAL PATINA
