Coastal vibes meet high-end luxury at The Loft Noosa

Posted by Uniqwa Collections on

Queensland is home to beautiful weather, tranquil nature, and world-renowned expansive beaches. Still, one of the most popular locations within the sunny state, which encompasses all of that and more, is the beachy yet luxe suburb of Noosa on the Sunshine Coast - now home to new coastal luxe Airbnb - The Loft.
The stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom loft-style apartment is filled with beautiful organic textures, crisp white details, and touches of warmth throughout and is completed with a perfect combination of Uniqwa Collections pieces – adding an element of high-end luxury to the space's laidback coastal vibe.
The creative behind the impressive Loft apartment is social media influencer and business entrepreneur Becky Lamb. Her vision for the space was to design a coastal sanctuary appealing to the Noosa holidaymaker – as well as a holiday home for her family to enjoy between their busy schedules.
Becky's personal design style combines natural tones and soft furnishings with functionality and comfort. To bring to life her vision, Becky specifically selected Uniqwa Collections pieces to perfectly complement this stunning space.
Step through the main entrance and you're greeted by grand ceilings and expansive windows that allows for soft, natural lighting to flow through. The focal point of the luxurious open space is the stunning floating oak staircase that leads to the loft bedroom, home to our Strand Bed, Rita Sofa, and Rwanda Side Table and more.
Becky's favourite Uniqwa piece, the Singita Sofa, is perfectly positioned in the living space. Paired alongside our Bamboo Buffet, Trunk Coffee and Side Tables, this creates an ideal spot for guests to relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach or wandering through the array of boutique shops along nearby renowned Hasting Street.
The entryway is home to the textured and handmade Bulu Cabinet and Lindi Round Mirror and leads through to the stunning dining space, which has our Lindi Dining Table and Rita Horn Dining chairs positioned perfectly underneath a cluster of our hand-woven Bindu Pendant lights.
After renovating and redesigning The Loft, Becky capitalised on her construction and design experience and has recently launched two property businesses; By Bronte Projects, which focuses on construction management, and Studio Bronte; an interior design studio.
By Bronte Projects is an all-female boutique project management and interior design group that specialises in luxury renovations, high-end residential construction and interior design and decoration, servicing the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Sunshine Coast.
We can't wait to see what By Bronte Projects create next!
Becky's Top 5 Styling & Design tips for commercial spaces:
  1. Open the windows and curtains, fresh air and natural light are natural mood-boosters and will enhance your guest's first impression.

  2. Choose quality, durable features and fixtures to ensure the longevity of high-use areas.

  3. Use real plants! There are so many low-maintenance options. Especially outside!

  4. Know your guests. What do they want? Do they want to relax? Read a book? Watch TV? Play music? Bake a cake? Cater for that. It is the details that will get your booking over the line every time.

  5. Add value without adding cost. Your guests do not want to spend more than they must, so why make them? How can you add value to the experience without spending money? This can be as easy as a kind gesture, a note, a thoughtful gift, or your time. It costs nothing to be kind.
