Showroom & Client Experience Coordinator

This is an opportunity to become the face of one of Australia’s leading designer furniture brands, creating memorable experiences for interior designers, architects and industry professionals visiting our Gold Coast headquarters.

Showroom environment

Our showroom is the exclusive hub for Uniqwa Collections’ trade clients, including interior designers, architects and construction professionals. From time to time, visitors may also include our clients’ customers and members of the public.

About the role

As our Showroom & Client Experience Coordinator, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, polished and memorable experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors warmly while maintaining a five-star service standard
  • Preparing coffee, tea and a selection of beverages from our showroom menu
  • Preparing snacks and refreshments for showroom guests
  • Managing enquiries by phone, email and general correspondence
  • Directing callers to the appropriate department or team member
  • Taking detailed messages and ensuring they are passed on promptly
  • Maintaining the presentation of the showroom so every space reflects the quality and values of the Uniqwa brand
  • Assisting with general clerical and ad hoc administrative duties
  • Managing stationery and ordering essential office and showroom supplies

Team collaboration

You will work closely with, and report to, our Customer Service and Account Management team. This role also supports the wider business and requires a collaborative, helpful and team-focused approach.

  • Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service or reception roles is highly regarded
  • Barista experience and the ability to prepare high-quality coffee beverages is preferred, but not essential

Work hours

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based at our head office in Ashmore on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
